Seasonal Full Time and Part Time Receptionist Data Entry Call Center needed for 5 area Liberty Tax locations in Bellefontaine, Dayton, Eaton, Greenville and Xenia.   Tax knowledge is preferred, but will train the right candidate.  The Receptionist Data Entry Call Center provides initial communication to callers and makes outbound calls as needed.  Position Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer service Data entry Greet clients and refer them to appropriate staff members. Scan/organize documents Assist with office projects, as needed.  Strong verbal and written communication Ability to prioritize, organize and communicate effectively Must be detail oriented and able to work independently and within a team Must be able to multi-task between different job functions.
