Nan brings over 24 years of experience in the staffing industry to her branch of Associates Staffing of Darke County, LLC. Her understanding through hands-on experience of every critical position within a staffing company, from clerical to law, gives the company a clear advantage as she discusses, strategizes and fulfills the needs of her clients. Her commitment to ongoing education keeps her knowledge of opportunities for her clients sharp. As a certified Woman Owned Business (WBE), Nan supports customer’s supplier diversity initiatives and continues to create milestones for the company through her passion for success. While no business owner is afforded any real “off time”, during her breaks, she can be found spending time with her family and in her community. Patience is certainly her strong suit, but she keeps the atmosphere in the office light-hearted and fun with her ironic favorite quote: “If you don't like something, change it. If you can't change it, change your attitude. Don't complain”.

Georgetta brings 20 years of Fortune 500 management experience in the staffing industry to her role with Associates Staffing. Georgetta’s proactive personality in working directly with customers affords her a firm understanding of what clients need and how needs may change over time. She quickly assesses situations and places the right processes and people at the right time, positively affecting clients’ bottom lines. Georgetta is one of the original members of Associates Staffing, growing in rank from Office Manager to Operations Manager. In 2014, Georgetta was appropriately named President; A well-earned, and well-received role. In her free time, Georgetta enjoys the important things in life: spending time with her grandchildren, reading a good book, watching movies or toasting to good friends.
